Hats and Caps

I want one over a scar on my arm, so I'd like a uniform base color first. Would it be possible to do a large area of say just red ink, then go back and have details in black on top of that? I want no natural skin tone.....this is it:

From what I understand is that they can' tattoo over a heavy color very well if at all. What they would do is do the black then fill in the red. I would speak with an artist in person so they can see the scar and tell you what they think.

dye ur hair the normal color that it should be. some parents will go to extreme measures

Try applying some light eye-shadow, to give more of that "natural" look. Something like a light bronze or any other neutral colour. As for the eyeliner, apply it sparingly, not TOO much, but enough so that you can see it. You might want to apply some blush, a nice rosy
