Fun but not as nice as the ones from the packer website.

Generally, string cheese is good for you; it's a good source of protein and calcium, and you're cutting fat by eating the part-skim kind. However, you might want to cut back on the amount that you're eating. Although string cheese is a relatively healthy food, it can add up calorie-wise.

Yes, hell — or maybe at least Hell's Kitchen — has frozen over. St. Louis-style pizza has hit the Big Apple.
A tip of the hat to my pal Charlie Brennan at KMOX radio for catching a posting yesterday by the New York Times Local-vore blog noting the opening of Speedy Romeo , a new restaurant in the Fort Greene neighborhood in Brooklyn. St. Louis native Justin Bazdarich's eclectic menu includes pizzas called the "Kind Brother" and the "St. Louie Pie" (hey, he's selling to New Yorkers, who have no idea that no true native calls it "St. Louie").
Both use Provel, which is paired with salami and housemade sausage on the St. Louis Pie. The Kind Brother, however, probably isn't easily found on any St. Louis-made St. Louis-style pizzas. Its toppings include roasted wild mushrooms, béchamel sauce, and an egg.
Bazdarich previously worked for one of the best restaurants in America, Jean Georges, and appeared in the 2011 season of the chef-competition TV show "Chopped.
