They are all hand crocheted beanies. Fit loosely on toddlers and snug on adults. I've seen other sights that sell ones like this for $15-$20. What do you think?

Ear Flap Beanies: Fashion Fab or Fail?
Surviving winter weather can be tremendously brutal. Especially for our hair! So, what winter accessories do you use to combat snow and 25 degree weather? What about when the wind decides to test your hat's ability to stay on? This is when it may be time to pull out the big toys, a.k.a the ear flap beanie hat. You know, the knitted cap, often made to look like an animal. Throughout retail stores you can expect to find a few ear flap beanies on shelves, but is it too juvenile? Is this one trend we should leave to the kids? Or when the temperature decides to hit a dramatic low, will you be running for one?
Being one who hated the thought of even wearing hats as a child, I'll admit I'd do anything to protect myself from the icy New York wind. Ear flap beanie or not, I will wear something to protect my ears and hair whether the hat has ears and other detailing is another story. Listed below are a few ear flap beanies that we feel pass the fashion fab test. Do you agree? Would you wear these winter accessories or would you rather use the common basic beanie?

The Jackson Update: Knit hats, for kids and adults
Last year I learned to knit from both of my mothers-in-law. I started with scarves and then moved on to hats, slowly becoming more confident and learning new stitches as I went along. I'm definitely still a beginner, but I really enjoy knitting and the satisfaction I feel after finishing a project. Even more, I love seeing someone wearing something I knitted especially for them. Emmett can be sort of a hat snob, so I decided to knit hats for some special little girls.
